Below are the key changes: 1. AP Inboxes Update (Effective 10/14) To prioritize incoming invoices and inquiries, several old inboxes will be retired and replaced with new ones. Going forward, please use the updated inboxes outlined below: [image: image] 2. Payment Time (Effective 10/18) Starting October 18th, payment terms with vendors will only begin once an invoice is submitted in PDF format to invoices@thekey.coupahost.com. Each submission will receive an email receipt confirming the start of the payment terms from the date of submission. 3. Payment Terms Update (Effective 10/18) The AP team is reviewing vendor agreements and considering extending the payment terms to Net 60 (N60) for certain vendors, including: - Vendors without formal contracts - Vendors with contracts nearing expiration, requiring renegotiation - Vendors with contracts needing re-evaluation for approval or ones-sided terms Next Steps In preparation for these changes, the AP team will review upcoming invoices due for payment over the next three weeks.
