As we initiate the next phase of our local SEO project, your input will be extremely helpful in moving forward. What is Local SEO? Local SEO is a search engine optimization (SEO) strategy that helps make your business more visible in local search results on Google. Optimizing your business=E2=80=99 website often involves keeping information up to dat= e and showing Google that you are a reliable and valuable resource for its users. Any business that has a physical location or serves a geographic area can benefit from local SEO. The Why: Google ranks the sites on its search results page by how relevant they are to a user=E2=80=99s search query. We know that no one bothers to c= heck page 2 of the results, so we want to be on page 1. This means that when someone searches =E2=80=9Csenior care near me=E2=80=9D, for example, we nee= d to be within the top 10 sites that pop up as a result. Local SEO can help boost your website=E2=80=99s ranking so you stand out amongst competitors. The Objective: To strengthen our location pages in an effort to generate more website traffic and increase page rankings in Google Search. This will include updating images, copy, testimonials, and lead-generating materials to make your office's page easier for users to find. The Impact: Increasing the amount of organic and relevant traffic to your office=E2=80=99s website and increasing lead generation by showing local us= ers how TheKey can meet their care needs. Project Goal: In the near future, all location pages on thekey.com will be updated in an effort to improve their visibility in Google. We=E2=80=99re w= orking to increase the local relevancy of our website location pages by adding more information for page visitors such as: - Pictures of the team - Local resources for seniors - Adding to our positive local reviews - Local partners How Your Team Will Make an Impact: We=E2=80=99re reaching out for your help to curate items that will be inclu= ded in the new location pages. The Team: Regional Directors, Local Operations, Home Care Liaisons, Marketing Identifying Resources & Partners for Link Building Part of this project is to find organizations who can link to your office's page from their websites. These links will indicate to Google that other relevant sites deem your page to be useful to its users. Please complete the Google form to help us identify resources and partners in your area. We recommend offices choose ONE individual to complete the form after consulting with all members of the team including sales. Marketing will be reaching out to the organizations you include in your form responses, as well additional opportunities we=E2=
