What training are we providing our caregivers on dealing with responsive behaviours? The caregivers that are coming are only sitting in the lobby. They do follow her in the hallway. But there is no intervention. She continues to be aggressive and lash out on our staff and residents. We need someone that will attend to her requests quickly, intervene so there is no aggressive or physical harm to our residents and staff. I notice on your schedule it does not indicate this. It states follow in hallway. Keep distance. Toilet assistance. However intervention is required to reduce risk to our team and co residents. This was the whole point of have a one to one. If this is not a possible request of your team please let me know. Or if you require further discussion please let me know.
