Normally, when a caregiver replies to a message sent to them via Clearcare their reply is sent to our inbox and we are able to reply by email. Since November 12th I have sent messages and they were not received. I've checked the activity logs of some caregivers and the messages are not there= . If you could please let me know what can be done that would be appreciated.
