Since we last created the budget two things have happened: 1) growth did not materialize in Q423 and 2) we have new Site staffing models. FP&A is updating the Budget Templates with Actuals through Dec 2023, and we will re-circulate them tomorrow Wednesday. We will be asking for a quick review from you. *What do we need from you:* 1) We are *not *asking for any changes to growth, we will keep the growth you Budgeted for 2024, but we will be utilizing Dec as your new base for growth.
