Thank you to everyone that attended the Introductory Webinars and offices that have already registered and started training on the new HCAU. We have created a demonstration video for those who could not attend a webinar or could not see the demo on yesterday's webinar. *To view the demo please click HERE *. In addition to the 18 proprietary HCA created courses you will have unlimited access to IPCed=C2=AE Home Care , State Specific & Certification libraries. Please review the below timelines and tools that will help your transition to the new University. 1. Open enrollment is available from *now until June 30th*. During the open enrollment period the start-up fee is being waived ($499 savings) a= nd the per user cost is discounted to only $3.00 per user/month. 2. *No fees will be charged until July 31st, 2016*. The contract with ePath expires on that date and this will allow you to transition your employees without having to pay double fees. 3. The IPCed service agreement will need to be signed prior to June 30th to receive the discounted pricing. IPCed will bill monthly based on the number of users. 4. On *June 15th *the hcauniversity.com landing page will be pointed to the new University login screen. Any users still using the ePath platfor= m after that date will need to use the direct URL of www.epathcampus.com. 5. Prior to *July 31st*, you will need to download the user history from ePath. After July 31st you will not have access to ePath to view this da= ta. Attached to this email are instructions for two historical reports we recommend you download and save from ePath before you complete the transition to the new University.
