I am writing to discuss a concern that has persisted for several months. Although I have previously raised this issue with my immediate supervisor and was informed that it had been addressed, the situation has not improved. I value being a team player and contributing to our success, but I also need to maintain a work-life balance. Recently, I have been receiving calls from our HCL, Katie, after business hours, which is becoming increasingly problematic. I am committed to my role from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding scheduled time off and on-call periods. However, receiving calls at 10 or 11 pm, and occasionally on weekends, is unfair and disruptive. I have not given permission for her to contact me outside of these hours, nor have I indicated a willingness to work beyond my scheduled time. The recent call I received at 10:18 pm, inquiring about a caregiver=E2=80= =99s ability to perform a specific task for a potential client starting in October, is an example of a matter that could easily wait until office hours. I am also concerned that, despite her being in the role for over six months, Katie still seems unclear about the services our company offers. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this Karla Hodge Staffing Manager *Please note my email has changed:* khodge@TheKey.com (314) 406-8006 (314) 863-8989 TheKey.com [image: TheKey] --00000000000056cf300620c49121 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good afternoon, I hope you're well.
