Can we please please please tell Frax to quote a range of $39-$42 - I have been asking for this to be updated for a few weeks. Also, can we let them know that a caregiver cannot start a shift after 1130pm and leave before 5am. And can we let them know the minimums are 4 hours 3x per week. They had us urgently call a client a few weeks ago for 1 hour per day. I=E2=80=99m also unsure of the process. Sometimes they send a note for an i= ntake and it says that the person needs to be called within 2 hours to book a consult? I=E2=80=99m not sure who it=E2=80=99s sent to? It seems to come to= the Calgary intake but only certain people get them. Should it be sent to anyone on call?
