Seems like the error was assuming the rate of $22,500 was a full time salary and not her part time salary which I did not pick up on. She should be at $23,175 with the 3% increase as her rate of pay and not a percentage of that rate. She has always been salaried at the full amount as part time, this was not prorated so not sure where this came from. This was set when she came over from Mavencare and was never an issue before.
