Once this is signed then we can begin to negotiate on the lease template that you provided back. They updated clause 6 (a) to reflect a non-compete clause in the building for our business. Once the "Offer to Lease" is signed they will need the deposit asap to continue with the Lease Agreement. I can sign this "offer to lease" and Rick or Brian Scott can sign the final lease agreement once the negotiations are complete. Let me know if I should proceed.
