Depending on market needs, she has the flexibility to stay longer if needed. When the recruiter is efficient, the time difference won't be a challenge. For the job fairs, this is less than 5% of their work responsibilities. If and when needed, we can have the recruiter go out and participate in job fairs. I am not worried about caregiver referrals either. I am working on a process for recruiters to hold virtual job fairs and target current caregivers for referrals. I will need social media to target local markets.
