He was hired in Sept 2016 at $13, he was then brought up tp $14.50 to work in residences. He was asking for an increase to $18/hr, but Joey was able to bring him down to $16 (pending approval). He is seeing the messages of emergency shifts being paid at higher rates and Sabrina has him working double shifts pretty well every weekend at the residences. He does 32 hours in two days. Sabrina feels that he will leave if we go lower. Thoughts?
