Will was kind enough to share his Community Specific Orientation/Outline for Marjorie P Lee. If you are in a position to use this idea or a version of this tool, please remember to take off any reference to the community in Cincinnati. As Will mentioned, this is a good example of what a community is looking for from the private duty caregivers that work with their residents. Will has shared =E2=80=9CWe've found that asking for these prior to or when starting with a= new client in a new community we gain instant credibility because no agency ever asks for this. I've worked with a few communities that have no guidelines so we share a generic outline of what we are asking for. They are always impressed and realize we helped them strengthen their processes.=E2=80=9D Thank you so much, Will, for you contribution. As always I hope that you will reach out to each other between now and our next call.
