Hi Sam,
In reviewing the statements of account, it appears that there is a similar credit on account for the Oakville account as the debit balance for the Waterloo account i.e., approximately $7k.
The SJD Care statement shows a credit balance on account. Can you forward details of the payments you had issued to the Ministry as we need to determine whether they misapplied such payments and how they did so? We can reduce future payments on the Oakville account and true-up the annual return while paying the debit balance on the Waterloo account to stop interest payments as a solution if that works for you.
Happy to discuss.
Best Regards,

Hi George,
We have received the attached letters from the MOF for Oakville, Waterloo, and SJD. The information in the attached notice of assessments don't match with the information and payments which we have submitted. Also, we received this month the final assessment of Waterloo for the year 2020 ( Attached).
For Waterloo, They have applied for the payment which we did for 2022 while we dont have outstanding for 2022 as we filed and paid the outstanding amount earlier this year. Please let me know what is the best to do.
Regards,
