--000000000000850e41063a9b4800 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Team, We are obligated to either give Gagandeep back the role she had prior to leave and / or find one for her of equal value. Some options might be: - Leaving Shyanne's schedule alone but make adjustments by territory to add Gagandeep back in. - Asking Shyanne about a change in her schedule but I would *approach this as a check-in* seeing as she is doing 7 days a week and allow her to request or agree to a change in schedule. If Shyanne is interested in reducing her days and we already know Gagandeep is amenable to changing = her days then it may make sense to slide Gagandeep back in on day(s) that Shyanne wants off. I have the position and salary addendum that was created for Shyanne but I'm still looking for a signed copy. The unsigned version does not mention a schedule specific to 7 days. As such if the hours / days reduce I would not recommend a change in salary for Shyanne as this could be viewed as constructive dismissal. @Chuck Terlesky Do you have anything in writing to Shyanne that specified she is required to work 7 days / week?
