The ClearCare and Workda= y systems will automatically adjust to the change. WHAT TO EXPECT: (HOURLY) As a result of the time change, hourly U.S. and Canada team members and Caregivers who work an overnight shift on Saturday, March 8th that runs through Sunday, March 9th and ends after 2:00 am local time will work one hour less because the clocks are set ahead one hour. Example: a shift that starts on March 8th at 8:00 pm and ends on March 9th at 8:00 am normally equals 12 hours, but will be calculated as 11 hours because of the Daylight Savings change. Regular overtime rules will apply. WHAT TO EXPECT: (LIVE-IN) Daily shift (live-in) U.S. and Canada Caregivers and clients will be paid and billed their normal daily shift hours (14,15,16 hours, etc. depending on the applicable state's live-in pay rules). WHEN WILL CLOCKS CHANGE AGAIN? Sunday, November 2, 2025, 2:00 am clocks are turned backward 1 hour to Sunday, November 2, 2025, 1:00 am local standard time instead. The ClearCare and Workday systems will automatically adjust to the change. Example: a shift that starts on November 1st at 8:00 pm and ends on November 2nd at 8:00 am normally equals 12 hours, but will be calculated as= 13 hours because of Daylight Savings.
