Chris, Paul, Melissa, and I are all eager to engage with you more often, but there are only so many places we can be at a time. Especially as we pivot to growth, understanding your insights and needs will help more than ever to drive the business forward. To help solve this, we'll be starting rotating "GM listening sessions". Each week, myself, Melissa, Paul, and Chris will host a virtual group chat with a region's GMs. Our goal is to hear what you are seeing and experiencing, what you are doing that is working (or not), and what you need from us to win...even if that is "getting out of the way". These will be small group conversations: you, your peers from your region, and us. There is nothing to present, simply come with questions and ideas for how to accelerate your business. We just had our first one in South Florida this week and loved the conversation, energy and insight that came from it. While this approach might be new to TheKey, it is born out of two things: first, requests from many of you to engage more directly with company leadership and second, it is a way that Chris, Melissa, and myself have all found works well in order to build strong relationships, create the right culture of respect, and foster productive engagement with you- our front line leaders. So as you see invites start coming out for these sessions, don't worry - this is simply us wanting to get to know you and understand what we need in order to win.
