As a reminder, our credentialing is completed at the state level, meaning we are approved to operate under a specific Tax ID and NPI within that state. If a location within the same state is operating under a different Tax ID or NPI, it may not automatically be covered under our existing credentialing. As a result, it's possible to have some locations credentialed and others not, even within the same state. Example: This is currently the case in South Carolina and Ohio. Let's continue focusing on expanding within the markets where we are already credentialed to ensure compliance and efficient onboarding. Credentialing Updates: We've updated our VA Credentialing Spreadsheet and added a new tab labeled Full NPI List to make it easier to identify NPIs in a more user-friendly format.
