Subject: October SOC to Setups Complete: Tracking Update 10/8/2025
As of close of business October 8, 2025 here is where we stand with “Everyone gets Lifeguard”
Over the last two day I have checked in on each region requesting updates on their SOC setups. We are still experiencing the same challenges where majority of the CSM responding with “I don’t want to stress the client out, the client is resistant to care, Unable to reach POC, client resistant to technology”

I’m Waiting to hear back from Calgary around how their outreach is going to their existing pool of client. I provided them a spreadsheet to work off, to streamline the process.

On a positive note: Our most motivated region is Winnipeg. Brian proclaimed today “we will meet our goal this month!”
