They stated two reasons. 1. We had not turned in paperwork for one of our caregivers on time 2. Our weekly summaries of care for their residents was not regular although recently it was thorough and consistent. They will revisit adding us back to the list if communication continues to be consistent. I have not told Claudia because she is out of two at her daughter's graduation and would like to wait until she is back.
