As we discussed over the phone, assessments are typically done during our office hours (8-5pm on weekends and 8-5:30pm on weekdays). Perhaps it would be best to schedule a phone assessment for tomorrow or Monday? Surely your wife will be home by then. You had mentioned she would like to be present for the assessment. I understand that you are interested in setting up care as soon as possible. Let's book a time for the assessment and you can send me the completed paperwork afterwards. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am reachable by phone should you wish you to speak with me. Thank you.
