Here how we must address the OQLF now since the OQLF lawyer did not even answer our questions and relay our message to Ms. Bélanger which she herself not even answering our questions.

First if we ask for a revised compliance letter now. She will say send me a Francization Program first. So to avoid that I prepared two emails which will be sent at the same time so the most important one (request for a compliance letter is the focused to address urgently. I assumed that your Bid was with the CIUSS if I am wrong please correct me and I will adjust.

As soon as Denis sends me his comments on the other message, I will finalize and send both to the OQLF on your behalf. I will also sends you another email on Monday about the next steps. But I rather wait until we received the letter of compliance first.
