I am not exactly sure on how to manage these questions. Our office hours are 9-5 normally and I do have a space for her in our current office. I'm not sure if the expectations are different for HCL's in terms of when they should be working or are available. Also, will she be put on the Winnipeg benefit plan initially and then moved to the corporate one (I know that ours is slightly better locally)? Or will she start on that one?
