Hi Tim,



Thanks for looping me in here. The Field maintains the right to decide if
and when service is pulled. My team can make the suggestion, but it is up
to the Field if they want to execute or not.



The process for collections is a series of collections emails/calls of
progressively more pointed language. I believe 2-3 attempts are made by the
analysts, escalation then is made to Gerard who makes 2-3 attempts and then
escalates further to the Field.
