Details regarding this policy can be found on Page 42 of the caregiver handbook under 'Voluntary Resignation.' - HR will implement a monthly termination for applicable employees inactive for over 6 months (152 days), You will be notified in advance to review the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report before any terminations are processed. * Effective August 21th at 8:00 AM EST :* - HR will commence a monthly auditing process and will implement a termination event based on the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report available in Tableau.
