We hope you are enjoying this weekly sales communication. Many of our corporate teams met for "Team Huddles" last week and came away with some great ideas on engaging with referral sources. We thought to share those tips: 1. What are the top ways you've been able to provide value for your referral sources during this pandemic? 1. Being a connector 2. Teaching them about social media / leveraging my social media 3. Providing PPE strategically in small amounts to have reasons to go back to them and get a small meeting outside to give the PPE and get updates on the account/their community needs. 4. Showing them our COVID flyer and telling them we have a rapid response COVID dedicated team... they value how responsible our company is 5. Taking on recovered COVID clients 6. Frequent testing - office on top of free test sites 7. High levels of feedback loops / follow-up 2. How are you maintaining visibility? Where and how are you facilitating in-person visits? 1. Offering my HCA Conference Room as a meeting location 2. Meet on an outside bench or table 3. Get creative!!! 1. Do an event at a local animal shelter for your partners who love furry friends and possibly help an animal get adopted! 2. Take a Walk or Hike! 3. Happy Hour in your Backyard 4. Maximizing Co-Marketing now more than ever In addition, here are recommendations on timely actions to grow your referral network. - *The Virtual Mind Fit Series is back! *The first four sessions of our Mind Fit Series can be viewed on our Youtube Playlist and on our website . Feedback from the field was that this was a valuable program, especially with cognitive decline on the rise for residents in senior living communities. The next Mind Fit session will be posted Thursday, August 6th, and then 8/20, 9/3, and 9/17 for now. We have updated the marketing flyer for this program and you can find it attached. The attached is an excellent example of the type of content that should be included in a bio. Customize yours using the Ad Request Form . Many of you already have bios, but for those of you who don't, here are the areas we would be sure to cover if it's applicable: - Years of industry experience - Previous professional experience as it aligns to your current role - Boards, groups or organizations you're a part of - Leadership roles you've held in senior or health care organizations - Why you are passionate about senior
