I did see that it says all other terms and conditions remain the same but from my understanding it referred to vacation/time off. In any case, The Key has an expensing and KM policy they would like us all to follow and so we will using that (at least in Client Success) moving forward. As for Poulami's pay, this offer letter is not new. She has had it for many months now. If her pay rate had changed it should reflect the start date on the letter. I have cc'd Tim and Shameema here and removed Poulami from this thread for now.
