Hi Maryham,      I just worked with our HR team to update your HR profile, which drives all or our account automations.  I just confirmed, your accounts have been updated to reflect the proper domain. You should be able to login to Gmail using your new e-mail address: maryham.lesvesque@thekey.com. The password will be the password you created while activating your JumpCloud account. Once logged in, please be sure to setup the 2-Step Authentication, as Google will automatically disable your account if this is not activated.   Please let me know once you have been able to login, or if you encounter any further trouble.

 I see some fairly major issues with your account, and the way it was provisioned is outside of our normal procedure. I reached out to our HR department, so they can fix things on their end, and once that is completed I will work with you to confirm everything.  
   
 You may receive another e-mail from JumpCloud, as I believe your JumpCloud profile will need to be re-created as well. Feel free to activate the account by creating a password. Once we have everything completed on our end, I will update you further.
