We share the need to resolve the situation as best we can. If you wish to m= aintain the choice for dark green awnings (instead of black of the accepted= signage strategy), the only way to regularize the color change is to go ba= ck to the PAC committee (to be held on November 26-28), and then obtain Cou= ncil's opinion (to be held on November 26-28) before issuing the permit. Th= e file must include the signages of Capoli, The Key and Le D=E9panneur - in= the new awnings color. In addition, the owner must provide us a written no= te, confirming that he endorses the replacement of the black color (in the = signage strategy accepted on June 7, 2006) by the dark green color and the = addition of the new gold color for the lettering.
