For digging into the details behind the Client Retention Stack, the new Cli= ent Segment Mix Dashboard will have the specific clients with their reasons for discharge, stated intention, and actual intention. Here are some simple steps to filter specifically for this week's list: 1. Filter the "Service Start Date" filter to range from 9/9/24-9/15/2024 2. Filter the "Region" and/or "Site" for your region or specific site you want to dive into 3. Scroll to the "Client Detail List" to view the specific client details. If you want to refine this further, you can select the number of clients you want to see in the "Accuracy Counts" table at the top of the page. For example, if there are 2 clients Stated Tier 1 but actualized as Tier 4, select the "2" for the client detail list to display just those 2 clients. Please reach out with any questions!
