We are approved for 91 hours reimbursement monthly. Given the program restrictions and the fact we had to open a new bank account that will be used exclusively for SDC expenditures, we will need to have a separate invoice for the 91 hours each month. Right now we have 5 days weekly @ 4 hours (min 80 hours monthly) We will need to add the first 3 saturdays of every month ( 12 hours monthly= ) The above plan would result in a min 92 hours billed each month (likely be more given 52 weeks in a year). We will need 2 invoices, unfortunately, one for 91 hours and the 2nd for the balance. We will pay both, but the payments have to come from 2 different back accounts to satisfy SDC requirements. *Required:* *1) We will need to arrange coverage for the first 3 Saturdays each month starting this coming Saturday Sept 9th *. Given Fred & Joyce's familiarity with Maria Miao, we would like to see her as much as possible for these Saturdays. 2) Two bills monthly as outlined above. Maybe we receive the weekly bills until we reach the 91 hours each month and then have a separate bill for the other hours. Not sure if your system has the ability to establish a maximum hour limit for the SDC program (non taxable) and the balance of hours to be taxable being billed separately.
