Please let me know that this is approved by both of you and I will move forward, thank you. *Auto-Attendant Prompt/Recording* Please confirm what the recording should hold for branding, if it is "Home Care Assistance", "Home Care Assistance of * (**location name) "* or if it should be "The Key" - I'm not sure what the rebrand timeline is and if that will be for all of Canada at the same time or if it is going to be rolled out in stages depending on location. Please let me know so I can get custom recordings done if needed.
