Toronto client Souad Andrews recently notified us that they should be tax exempt and requested previous tax billed be credited dating back to start of care in June 2024. The tax exemption form is attached for reference. We are seeking your approval to proceed with this credit for tax totaling $37,314.12 CAD (~$26,684.26 USD). I've attached a report indicating the amount of tax billed in CAD per invoice in case it's helpful.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if we are approved to proceed with this credit.
