That means that once notified, JazzHR will put all of the accounts in hibernation mode for 30 days. Once the 30 days pass, the accounts will be deleted. Here are two links to instructions on downloading any information that you feel you may still need. All hiring moved to iCIMS as of August 28, 2023, so hopefully this is an unnecessary step for you all. If there is a need to move records into iCIMS, JazzHR has outlined how to download the data.
