We NEVER send out docs anymore without the client first and last name being filled in as instructed as a way to fix the probelm of "email signatures". I just check Terry Ubaldi and her information was filled out with her email address and yet again her email was captured as the signature. I have resent the paperwork but I have no idea if it will happen again as the "fix" did not seem to work this time. Please help as this is fairly embarrassing having to keep going back to people and when it comes to their financial documents it diminishes trust.
