This is the response our Canadian attorneys provide in various applications or disclosure requirements when the ultimate owner ends with a fund or a public company. We've been advised that we should be able to disclose this and provide the name of the board of directors (if that is even necessary). That is the approach our attorneys took when making the Investment Canada Act filings on behalf of TheKey each time it acquired a Canadian business.
