Health Group. and you will find attached a list of advantages related to our medical services (AXiO Avantages 2025). I have included a description of AXiO’s Annual Health and Wellness
program for both adults 25 years + and for young adults 12-24 years so you have a little idea of what we do (AXiO Promotion santé Adultes and Promotion santé Jeunes Adulte). Just scroll down for the English versions if they
do not appear first.
The fee for the adult program for individuals is $1995 annually. The fee for a spouse/partner is $1895. The fee for the young adult is $1095 annually. (exempt from taxes)
I have also included a bilingual list with the pricing of all our health services available. (AXiO Liste des prix 2025)
I wanted to also let you know that the AXiO Physiotherapy and Sport Medicine Clinic on the same premises as the AXiO Health Clinic is the only downtown clinic to offer rehabilitation services with quick access to therapists and doctors who work together to
get you back on your feet in a timely and efficient manner. All AXiO Physiotherapy and Sport medicine clinic
services (see AXiO Clinique de physiothérapie 2025) are offered à la carte without obligation to subscribe to an annual health program. Note that these rehabilitation services are covered by most health insurance policies.

It was a pleasure meeting with you all this morning!! It is great to find other organizations that have similar mindsets and values to ours. I’ve attached information about our care services for your review and to share with any potential clients.
At TheKey, we specialize in personalized home care, delivered by caregivers trained in our Balanced Care Method™, which promotes physical health, mental engagement, and social well-being. All caregivers undergo rigorous screening, including interviews, reference
and background checks, and psychological evaluations. They are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
Our hourly rate is varies depending on the needs of the clients:
$34-$38 per hour for a caregiver$55-$60 per hour for an LPN$90 per hour for an RN
We require a minimum 4 hour consecutive shift as well as a minimum of 20 hours of service per week (not mandatory but for consistency issues we highly recommend).
To begin, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation, where one of our Client Success Managers will create a customized care plan with you.
We are also pleased to offer Lifeguard at no additional cost for new ongoing clients. Lifeguard discreetly monitors wellness patterns and provides early alerts for changes in routines, offering extra security through features like fall detection and real-time
RN oversight.
