Updates include: In the Appendix are the Job Descriptions, Interview Guides, Sample Ads and Offer Letter templates which are also in separate documents for ease of access. The major change was the expansion of this to include the Director of Client Care, Recruitment Specialist, Staffing Manager, and Executive Director roles. Also the reference check form is new compared to using the caregiver reference check form in the past.
