I don' think either it's feasible to get the AMP's authorization on time.
However, it might be interesting to participate to this information session for future bids. I'll let you decide if you want me to participate (I really don't mind both ways).

The deadline for the official submission of bids has been extended to February 7, 2024 at 11:00 am.
An information session will also be held on January 26, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on the ZOOM software to answer bidders' questions and provide clarifications.
