Papadas: Donna called this weekend to advise us that she has pneumonia and won't be able to work with Mrs Papadas this Tuesday November 6th. She replaced her with Bicher, but never advised Bicher of the address change and send Bicher to Mrs Papadas old address. The care plan and clear care have all been changed. This means she never sent Bicher the updated care plan, that are both in the clients file and in the drive. De Luca: Luz told me she called the office during the day, while she was at her shift, to advise us that the smoke bothers her too much and she will be going outside often to get fresh air and help with her headache. She told Chloe that it's fine not to pay her for the shift as she went in and out often. Chloe never advised me of this, and when I got a call from Robert De Luca, I was unaware of all this and I had to tell him I had to investigate more on what happened. We have to compensate Mme De Luca for this shift as Luz was barely with the client. However, she did advise us of what was going on during the day.
