We apologize for the delay. With Darion's manager being OOTO there was no one to approve the request. I've worked with the Saviynt team to create a delegate for Joseph. I've requested the ClearCare access for Darion. Darion will then need to approve the request and then Tim will need to approve the request.
Once approved by both folks, the system will take up to an hour to sync. Once sync'ed Darion should be able to log in.
