to help the TA team ensure that employees are aware of the new *Job
Referral Bonus Program* introduced this week on the Announcements Call,
WBR, and here

In this note, I ask site-level leaders to be in charge of printing and
posting the referral bonus flyer or designating someone else to do so in
their stead. The TA team would very much appreciate anything you all can do
as divisional leaders to help ensure that flyers are posted and local teams
are aware of the bonus program. We, of course, need to be delicate about
these new roles given changes happening in our offices this week, but also
need as much help recruiting for these few eligible roles (especially
recruiters) from our teams as possible. We thank you for your support and
