I understand from next week, the Care Solutions Manager title changes to Client Success Manager when the new docusign paperwork goes out, not sure if I should be noting Care Solutions or Client Success or both titles on the form. I noted care solutions for now, but if I need to update it to the new title, please let me know. Also, I noted February 18th 2025 as the return date, not sure if it adds up to the 12 months, but whatever that date is, please let me know and I can adjust it as well so it aligns with the 12 months of maternity leave.
