Her hourly pay rate is $12/hour. She is currently earning $140/day for live-in. She is asking for more. $140 is kind of on the low end for live-in compared to others. I am suggesting that we bring her up to $150/day. Would that be ok with you both? 2) Nike Abolade. Dec 18/16 $12, Sept 24/17 $12.50, Feb 25/18 $13. Maria is suggesting that we raise her to $14 because Mrs Darragh is aggressive but that's a 7.5% increase. I am tempted to say that we wait until feb to review, but Maria thinks that we should do it sooner. What do you think? 3) Marian Gelin. Started Jan 2018 @ $12. I think that we can schedule her in for a yearly salary review mid-December and bring her up to $12.24 (2%).
