And that all of the other markets would be completed and sent at least 48 hours before our hour long call so that Tim and I could review them all ahead of time. Since we only have an hour, we only have about 10 mins to discuss each market, which is why I want to review them ahead of time instead of walking through each one on the call. So for the next deliverable, I'd like all markets besides Calgary in the date range of Oct-Dec (compared to the previous period) sent ideally 48 hours ahead of when we meet (since there will be a lot of data to digest). If Matthew needs more time to do this, we can push our next call by a few days. I think this is also a good time to align on timing/reporitng moving forward. I'd like to schedule an hour long call each month to review each market with you and Tim. I'd like the report in the same structure but showcasing the prior month's performance (and comparing it to the previous month). The report should be sent at least 48 hours prior to our meeting so that Tim and I can review and send any specific questions we'd like to review ahead of time. So our next meeting after the one we have scheduled would be sometime in February to review January performance compared to December for every market. Does that structure work for you or do you have any alternate suggestions?
