We had previously used Elevon for payment processing but had been asked to close the account once we moved to Versapay. It seems last March a new account was opened using all the same information but was obviously assigned a new account number. I had no idea so I was very confused when this letter arrived. The address attached to the account and where this letter was mailed was to Steve Darley's (previous owner) personal home address. I have changed that to our new Toronto address. If we are still using Elevon to process payments we will need to pay this bill and set up a payment method for future.
