Our aides here use this. You can print and add to her file but they should be posted in her apartment for sure. They also have a form they check off/sign when she takes her pills - since it's every three hours it's a great way to keep track of medication. Smartphones also help with this. The aides also keep a journal here - that way if anything happens on one shift the next person knows etc. I know you have a similar system where we can check in and they leave reports. My mum will want to do PT, massage, esthetician, any sort of swim programs etc. I'm assuming the aides can help her sign up for whatever she'd like to do ? I am still needing clarification on what care responsibilities Reseau has vs aides we hire through you - not sure what they provide but I'm sure this will become clear after she has been there a few weeks.
