To be sure I’m interpreting correctly, can we only use Home Care Assistance per the “Dedicated line minimum criteria” included here (in red)? In other words, you won’t offer service for “ad hoc” shifts as they arise?

Dedicated line minimum criteria
Rural Alberta: 8 hours/shift, 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
Greater Calgary: 8 hours/shift 5 days a week for 2 weeks.

Here is the pricing for both rural Alberta and the Greater Calgary Area. Essentially, our 8 hour and 12 hour pricing remains the same and no mileage reimbursement in the Greater Calgary Area. We look forward to the MSA.

Do you want to forward your agreement and we can get the process started for the Calgary office?

We are excited to work with SE. Our Edmonton office who covers Red Deer is still under a Franchise model. BC and Manitoba are fully under corporate structure. Is there any possibility we can include these two provinces as well in the mix?

  1.  Ad hoc - services to be used PRN- $67/hour- 12-hour minimum shift with .91 cents KM
  2.  Dedicated Line - $56/hour - 1-month guarantee (12-hour shifts) - .81 cents a KM
