Given the delay, we have pushed out the effective date to 11/7, to allow for the full 3 week notice period that our contracts require. Branding - We have a standard template for TheKey, if there is a portion of your region that does not use that branding, please let me know and we can coordinate an update. 2. Correct final rates 3. Phone Number for clients to call. I pulled the generic line into these letters as presented on the website, but please let me know if you would like your letters to contain a different phone number. Please review these letters and advise me of any changes by close of day *Monday 10/10. *After that time, I will provide a way for your team to indicate that they have sent out the emails through Clearcare, and any others that need physical letters sent by the billing team.
