I should have emphasized this more during our validation process, the designs shared by us definitely did not help to avoid this confusion. As mentioned earlier, I've never worked previously on the printing projects in Canada, the mistake is on me and I'm not blaming you for this. Now, in order to move forward and find a solution to this situation, can you please let me know: 1) If we can still add on the printed postcards the first names? 2) If yes, can you please let me know the extra costs? I will pay this extra fee personally. 3) If we can have a reviewed quote for the Calgary card including the first_name field Thank you.
